Your Basic Chakra System, or what I like to call, your “Road Map to Wellness”.
As a Holistic Tarot Reader, you are also taking on the roll of of your own “Healer”. People who offer card counseling sessions to others, are also “Healers”, since they aid others in self-healing. From a Holistic view, “Self-Healing” is an individual’s spiritual practice of consciously working towards obtaining more of a healthy balance in each area of their life. This balance brings us into harmony mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, allowing us to live a life of health and happiness, and in a way that is in line with our Spirits, our personal truth, and our Universe, Oneness or our “God”. Holistic Self-Healing is a personal, inner journey, and Tarot Cards can help us deeper understand ourselves, the human condition, and the workings of the Universe. 🙂
One of my favorite ways to access information about the health and balance of my Charas (and the areas of my life that correspond with them), is to use a “Chakra Spread!” 🙂
This spread consists of 8 Cards, 1 for each of the main chakras, as well as an extra (shown tilted at the right) that can be considered as an overall energy of the card layout. In this case, I call this extra card, the “Aura Card”, as it implies the overall energetic health and vibration of my aura and life (currently), in its entirety.
